2026-2027 Agricultural Education Consolidated Application
The Incentive Funding Grant and the Three Circles Grant applications are now consolidated into one application.

To streamline the grant application process, ISBE has combined the applications for the Agricultural Education Incentive Funding Grant and the Three Circles Grant into one grant application for the 2026-2027 school year. Each part of the grant will have a specific allocation, and funds cannot flow between the two grants.
We have created a video that walks through the entire IWAS application. Most of this application will seem familiar to anyone who has applied for an Agricultural Education grant in the past, but there are a few *new tabs*. Below is a time stamp for each tab/page of the IWAS application. Feel free to scrub to the page you have any questions about.

You will use this consolidated grant application even if you are only applying for one of the two grants.
Applications must be submitted by September 15, 2026
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
You must submit and receive approval of your FY 2026 Grant Periodic Reports for both the Incentive Funding Grant and the Three Circles Grant before your FY 2027 application can be approved.
