Gibault Catholic High School, located in Section 22, is seeking a full time agriculture teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Courses taught will be determined by the strengths of the hired candidate and the high school needs. Current course offerings include Intro to Ag, Environmental Science and Horticulture. Agriculture department facilities include a classroom as well as a greenhouse. There are currently 40+ agriculture students.
More information can be found at the school website. Candidates should have a valid Illinois Teacher License or 60 college credits with 2,000 hours of Agriculture work experience. This position also includes serving as the chapter FFA Advisor.
