SPF 3–7: Supportive Practices for the Future is a two-day wellness retreat designed to prevent burnout before it begins. Think of it as proactive “sunblock” for your career; practical, intentional, and built for the realities of Agriculture Education.

What to expect:
Real conversations about a work-life blend that works for you
Communication and boundary-setting strategies
Guided wellness and movement sessions
Practical meal-prep workshops for busy weeks
Vision boards and action planning
Campfire conversations about the real parts of Ag Ed
Hands-on hobby sessions (journaling, floral design, grilling, sourdough, and more)
This experience is partially funded through FCAE with support from the IAA Foundation, Compeer Financial, and the Farm Family Resource Initiative, allowing us to keep the focus on building sustainable, energized educators.
