This contest continues to grow each year, and the level of competition rises right along with it. In recent years, several students who participated in this contest have gone on to place in the Top 3 in the State Creed Speaking Contest, and just last year one of our contestants won the Illinois State Prepared Public Speaking Contest.
This invitational has proven to be a great opportunity for students to gain experience, build confidence, and overcome nerves in a supportive environment. We hope it fits into your spring schedule, and we encourage you to review the details carefully — especially as we have added new contest areas this year.
