Lincoln Land Community College (LLCC) seeks a Program Director of Agriculture to provide leadership for its agriculture programming and the Kreher Agriculture Center. This role oversees program operations, curriculum alignment, enrollment growth, and partnerships with K–12 schools, industry, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations and long-term direction of agriculture programs

  • Oversee curriculum, instructional quality, and workforce alignment

  • Drive recruitment, visibility, and enrollment growth

  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, industry, and community partners

  • Supervise the Agriculture Access & Engagement Coordinator

  • Manage Kreher Agriculture Center facilities and operations

  • Support hiring and evaluation of adjunct and dual credit faculty

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field

  • Experience in program leadership and curriculum development

  • Experience working with agriculture or horticulture industries

Preferred: Master’s degree, strong communication skills, experience with budgeting, facilities, and program assessment.

Salary & Benefits

$69,970–$94,040 annually, based on qualifications.
